| Exchange Disseminated Time | BF Investment Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 12, 2011, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2011, the Profit & Loss Account and the Cash Flow Statement for the year ended March 31, 2011 and the Reports of the Directors and the Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. B. N. Kalyani and Mr. A. B. Kalyani as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Prashant V. Deo, Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company. |
