The Unaudited Standalone results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016
The Company has posted a net loss of Rs. (83.10) million for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to net profit of Rs. 2435.70 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 15372.00 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 to Rs. 8900.10 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
The Consolidated Results are as follows:
"The Unaudited Consolidated results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016
The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit of associates of Rs. 2173.90 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 where as the same was at Rs. 5337.70 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Total Income is Rs. 20986.40 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 where as the same was at Rs. 27509.80 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
- Karcham Wangtoo plant of Himachal Baspa Power Company Limited, has filed petition for determination of final tariff with CentraI Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) and pending the receipt of final tariff order, the revenue from sale of power under long term power purchase agreements are being recognised in terms of expected tariff as per the available guideline in this regard. The hydro projects were acquired during September, 2015, hence figures for the corresponding quarter and half year of the previous year are not comparable." |
