| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Rama Multi Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2008, has considered, discussed and approved the New Scheme of Compromise & Arrangement under section 391 proposed to be entered with Company's lenders & Shareholders and also authorised Mr. Sharad C Jariwala, the Whole Time Director of the Company to file the said Scheme with the Stock Exchanges where the Company's equity shares are listed before it is being presented to the Honourable High Court of Gujarat.
Simultaneously, the Company is also taking necessary steps for withdrawing the old Scheme of Compromise & Arrangement under section 391 of the Companies Act, 1956, i.e. Company Application No. 403/2007 pending before the Honourable High Court of Gujarat.
Accordingly, the draft of the said scheme is being forwarded separately. |
