1. To consider and approve Incorporation of new SPV for the project of "4-Laning of the Lucknow - Sultanpur section of NH-56 from 11.500 km to 134.700 km in the State of Uttar Pradesh under NHDP Phase - IV on a hybrid annuity basis".
Further, as per Company's Code of conduct of Prevention of insider trading pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall be closed from August 20, 2016 to August 31,2016 (both days inclusive). |
