| Exchange Disseminated Time | Panasonic Carbon India Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 18, 2007, inter alia, has taken place the following changes in the Directorships on the Board of the Company:
1. Mr. Mitsuru Kurokawa had been appointed as an Additional Director under Section 260 of the Companies act, 1956.
2. Mr. Hisao Ozono's resignation from his Directorship on the Board of the Company was accepted.
3. Mr. Haruhiko Ogami had been appointed as a Director in place of Mr. Hisao Ozono. |
