1. To consider & approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017.
2. To recommend final Dividend for the FY 2016-17, if any.
3. To consider the appointment of Secretarial Auditor under section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in Company's securities by the Designated persons shall remain closed till June 01, 2017. |
