- Appointment of Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of NMDC.
(a) Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India vide Order dated November 13, 2015 has appointed Shri A.K. Srivastava, Smt. Bhagwati Mahesh Baldewa and Shri Rajesh Mangal as Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of NMDC Ltd. for a period of three years from the date of notification of their appointment, or till further orders whichever is earlier.
(b) Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India vide Order dated November 27, 2015 has appointed Shri Pradip Bhargava, Dr. Shymal K. Sarkar and Shri S.M. Nigam as Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of NMDC Ltd. for a period of three years from the date of notification of their appointment, or till further orders whichever is earlier. |
