| Exchange Disseminated Time | Addi Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2014, has considered and approved the following:
1. Appointment of Mr. Atul Jain as Chief Financial Officer; and
2. Appointment of Mr. Rajeev Gupta, Partner M/S. Rajeev Shagun Gupta & Company, as Internal Auditors of the Company, at an annual fee of Rs. 15000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) plus out of pocket expenses (other than travel outside Delhi/NCR) plus applicable taxes for the financial year 2014-15 and thereafter on such revised terms and conditions as may be mutually decided between him and Mr. C. L. Jain, Managing Director of the Company. |
