The Unaudited Standalone results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 1202.00 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 1405.80 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 11867.00 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 12828.40 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.

The Group has posted a net profit after tax, minority interest and Share of profit of Associates of Rs. 1085.30 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 365.10 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 50183.20 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 50206.00 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.
- Consequent to the order of the Bombay High Court dated January 24, 2014, approving the Scheme of Arrangement, the transfer of the IDC division (Colocation service division of the Company) to Tata Communications Data Centers Private Limited (“TCDC”) was effected from January 01, 2013 in terms of the Scheme during the quarter ended March 31, 2014.
Accordingly the results for the standalone quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2013 include the results of the IDC division and are not comparable with the results of the other periods. |
