Ltd) has received approval on January 24, 2009, from Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, for investment by LERROS Moden GmbH, Germany, upto Rs 16.80 Crores being 40% of its proposed equity capital, balance to be invested by House of Pearl Fashions Ltd, for Wholesale and Retail trading of apparels under the single brand "LERROS". |
