i.Raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares and/or other securities for an amount upto Rs.250 Crore
Notice is being dispatched to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on the cut-off date i.e. September 15, 2017 and the same is being sent to the members of the company through e-mail/post.
The Company has also provided remote e-voting facility to the members to vote electronically through e-voting platform provided by NSDL. The facility to exercise vote by Postal Ballot including remote e-voting will be available for the following period:
Commencement of Voting : Sunday, September 24, 2017 (09:00 A.M. IST)
End of Voting : Monday, October 23, 2017 (05:00 P.M. IST).
