| Exchange Disseminated Time | Swan Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2014 to September 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 106th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014.
The dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid to those members whose names are on the Company’s Register of Members on September 19, 2014. In respect of shares held in electronic form, the dividend will be payable to the beneficial owners of the shares as at the end of business hours on September 19, 2014 as per the details furnished by the Depositories for this purpose. |
