1. To fix record date for shareholders of JK Sugar Limited (Transferor Company) to ascertain entitlement of equity shares in the Company consequent to merger.
2. to consider and approve revised Annual Standalone Financial Results, Consolidated Financial Statements, Directors Report of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2013.
3. to consider and fix date of next Annual General Meeting and to approve notice along with date of book closure / record date for the same.
4. to consider declaration of revised dividend on Equity Share Capital and Preference Share Capital consequent to merger of Jk Sugar Limited with the Company. |
