1. Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015;
2. Appointment of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer;
3. To consider execution of listing agreement as per the SEBI regulation dated; and
4. To consider policies to be framed under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Shares of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders & to all such persons, the code of conduct of insider trading is applicable, as defined in the Code of the Company, closed from February 02, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
