| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/02/2016 17:20:49 | Emami Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 3000 (three thousand) unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs. 10 Lakhs (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) each, aggregating to Rs. 300 Crores (Rupees Three Hundred Crores only) to DBS Bank Limited on private placement basis.
The above issue / allotment of NCDs are in terms of the approval granted by the shareholders at the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on August 05, 2015.
Further, the entire proceeds of the above NCD issue will be used to retire the short term debt including payment of Commercial papers. |
