| Exchange Received Time 04/08/2017 12:14:13 Exchange Disseminated Time 04/08/2017 12:14:16 Time Taken 00:00:03 | With reference to the our earlier letter dated 3rd August 2017, intimating about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, 14th August 2017 at 11.00 a.m. at the registered office of the Company inter-alia, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2017 is being postponed to Monday, 14th August 2017 at 2.00 p.m., being agenda of the meeting remains unchanged.
Further, with reference to the Code of Conduct of the Company formed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for seven days prior to Board Meeting for all Directors, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives from 7th August 2017 and shall remain closed till forty-eight hours after the information becomes generally available.
