| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/08/2016 11:41:22 | Tarapur Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2016, inter alia, to transact the business as given below:
1. To consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2016 and to take note of Limited Review Report thereon;
2. To decide the date of Book Closure for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company;
3. To consider and approve Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2016;
4. To fix the date, time and venue of the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company and to approve the draft notice to be sent to the Shareholders in connection therewith;
5. To consider and approve appointment of Mr. Suresh Mare as Managing Director of the Company;
Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain dosed from August 04, 2016 to August 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code. |
