| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated March 20, 2015, regarding Closure of Trading Window, Indokem Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company had erroneously and inadvertently issued the notice of closure of trading window.
As per the code for Prohibition of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, Listing Agreement and SEBl (Prohibition of Insider trading regulations) Regulations, 1992, it was not required to close the Trading window for the matter to be considered at the Board Meeting and hence the notice of closure of the Trading Window is withdrawn and considered as void ab initio. The Trading Window be considered as not closed at all. |
