1. Sub-division of 1 (one) Equity Share of face value of Rs 10/-each fully paid up into 5 (five) Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each fully paid up.
2. Alteration of Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association.
3. Adoption of new set of Memorandum of Association as per the Companies Act, 2013 ('the Act')
4. To Regularize the Increase in remuneration of Managing Director, Mr. Rajeev Bajaj (DIN:02284467).
The voting commences on Thursday 23rd November, 2017 at 09:00 A.M. and shall remain open till Friday, 22nd December, 2017, 05:00 P.M. The result of the same will be declared on or before Monday, 25th December, 2017.
