| Exchange Disseminated Time | Abirami Financial Services India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 10, 2009, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Approved the Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2009, the Profit & Loss account as on that date along with the Schedules and Notes forming part of the accounts, Directors Report, Auditors Report and Balance Sheet abstract and Company's general business profile and Cash Flow Statement thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. R Varadarajan & Mr. Teckchand Vaswani as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. K C Sthalasayanam, Chartered Accountant, Chennai as Auditor of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on a remuneration, terms and conditions.
4. Appointment of Mr. T S Ramkrishnan & Mr. A K Sabesan as a Director of the Company liable to retire by rotation.
5. Re-appointment of Mr. P Sankaran as Executive Director of the Company for a period of One Year w.e.f. June 19, 2009, on remuneration, terms and conditions. |
