1. The Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter ended September 30, 2005 and Unaudited half-yearly results for the period April 01, 2005 to September 30, 2005, subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors .
2. The matter of issue of shares to the existing shareholders on rights basis.
3. Convening of Extra Ordinary General Meeting and to approve the notice calling the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company. |
