| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/01/2016 17:33:20 | Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ("Committee") at its meeting held on January 18, 2016, inter alia, has considered and transacted the following business items:
1. Approved Grant of 1,45,000 Options under ESOP 2006 Scheme at an Exercise Price of Rs. 940.00 per Option to the Employees of the Company. The vesting of the Options shall take place over a period of 5 (Five) Years based on the performance of the Employees. Each Option upon vesting entitles employee to apply for one Equity Share of the Company.
2. Pursuant to exercise of Stock Options by Employees of the Company, the Committee allotted fully paid up 71,614 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to its Employees. |
