| Exchange Disseminated Time | Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd has informed BSE that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on November 09, 2013 it was decided to seek the consent of the Members of the Company through Postal Ballot under Section 180 (1) (a) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 to transfer by way of lease or otherwise by any of the available legal manner, Tarapur Unit of the Industrial Chemicals Division of the Company.
In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of 'Calendar of Events' for the completion of the Postal Ballot Activity.
Result of Postal Ballot will be declared on January 21, 2013. |
