| Exchange Disseminated Time | Harrisons Malayalam Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the resolution to approve and confirm the remuneration and perquisites as set out in the Explanatory Statement attached to the Notice of Postal Ballot by the Board of Directors of the Company and subject to the terms and conditions in the agreement proposed to be entered into between the Company and Mr. Pankaj Kapoor, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
Mr. Shivakumar P. Managing Partner, SVJS & Associates, Company Secretaries, has been appointed as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fain and transparent manner.
Duly completed the Postal Ballot form should reach the scrutinizer on or before June 27, 2011. The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Managing Director of the Company after completion of the scrutiny of the Postal Ballots and the results thereof will be announced by either the Managing Director or by the Company Secretary on June 29, 2011, at the Registered Office of the Company. |
