1. Audited Financial Results for the last quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.
2. Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the last quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.
3. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16.
The window for trading in equity shares of the Company will remain closed from April 22, 2016 to May 17, 2016. The trading window shall re-open from May 18, 2016. |
