| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maxwell Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2015, to approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 and issue and allotment of Preferential Warrants to Promoter and Promoter Group.
Pursuant to Regulation 12(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 1992, and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from February 09, 2015 till the expiry of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results. |
