| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/05/2017 09:10:57 | Triveni Turbine Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2017, inter alia, has transacted the following business:
- Recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.75 per share on equity share of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2017 for declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 09, 2017. The total dividend including an interim dividend of Re. 0.45 per equity share already paid, aggregates to Rs. 1.20 per equity share of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2017.
The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid on and from August 25, 2017. |
