| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alpine Housing Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the BoD of the Company will be held on January 21, 2004 to consider inter alia the issue of equity shares on preferential basis as per the details given below:
1. To consider an issue not exceeding 1 million equity shares at par amounting to Rs. 10 million on Preferential basis to the promoters and their friends and relatives.
2. The money raised will be used to augment the long term working capital needs and to partly repay its debt , which will help the company to reduce interest burden. |
