Further, company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from November 02, 2015 till November 13, 2015 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on November 10, 2015 to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from November 02, 2015 to November 13, 201 5 (both days inclusive). |
