Further we would like to inform you that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 10 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 read with Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 22nd September, 2017 to Thursday, 28th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
