| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/08/2016 16:56:41 | Commercial Syn Bags Ltd has informed BSE that the window for trading in the Shares of the Company shall remain close from August 12, 2016 to August 21, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on August 19, 2016 to consider and approve the proposed Expansion Plan of Company’s SEZ Unit situated at Plot No. 15 to 17, Phase-1, Sector-Ill, Pithampur (MP) and proposal for borrowing from the Bank.
All the designated Directors, KMPs, employees and connected persons were advised not to deal in the Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period. |
