Mr. Kanwardip Singh Dhingra has automatically vacated office of Alternate Directorship pursuant to provisions of Section 313 of the Companies Act, 1956 on September 01, 2013, on the return of the original Director viz Mr. Gurbachan Singh Dhingra and was re-appointed as Alternate Director to Mr. Gurbachan Singh Dhingra, effective September 03, 2013.
2. During the quarter ended September 30, 2013, the Company has commenced trial production at its Hindupur plant. |
