| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 21, 2015, has made the Allotment of 10,15,000 Equity Shares of the Company to the 'Promoter’s Group and Others’, consequent upon the exercise of conversion option attached to 10,15,000 Warrants earlier allotted to them on preferential basis on March 07, 2014, in terms of Stock Exchange in-principle approval letter dated March 03, 2014.
With the aforesaid allotment, the total Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has been enhanced from Rs. 15,18,60,000/- to Rs. 16,20,10,000/- divided into 1,62,01,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. |
