Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and designated employees from May 13, 2015 to May 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 by the Board of Directors at their meeting to be held on May 22, 2015. |
