| Exchange Disseminated Time | Man Infraconstruction Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider following:
1. To approve and take on record consolidated and standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015; and
2. To consider declaration of interim dividend, if any for the financial year 2015-16.
Further, as communicated earlier, pursuant to "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities" adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from May 15, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (Both days inclusive). |
