| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indiabulls Wholesale Services Ltd has informed BSE that upon exercise of stock options, vested in terms of IBWSL ESOP-2011, by certain eligible employees, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2013, has allotted an aggregate of 1,40,700 (One Lakh Forty Thousand Seven Hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to such employees.
Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 10,05,70,186/- divided into 5,02,85,093 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 10,08,51,586/- divided into 5,04,25,793 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each. |
