After this acquisition, the shareholding of N. K. Proteins Ltd. in NKIL has been increased from 130076 Equity shares (representing 2.16% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 132962 Equity shares (representing 2.21% of paid up capital of NKIL).
Moreover, the shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group has been increased from 3219862 Equity shares (representing 53.58% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 3222748 Equity share (representing 53.62% of paid up capital of NKIL). |
