1. In line with the SEBI LODR , Regulation 33 (3 ) ( c) , we forward herewith:
1.1 Limited Review Report signed by the Auditors along with the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 September 2017.
1.2 The above was approved by the Audit Committee Meeting held on 13 November 2017 and was also approved in the Board Meeting held on the same day.
2. With reference to Regulation 29 (2) of SEBI LODR, please be informed that the Board of Directors are intended to pass a circular resolution, which will be circulated on 20 November 2017 to declare interim dividend for the year 2018.
2.1 The Circular Resolution is said to be passed on the date on which responses from all the Directors have been received or 27 November 2017 , whichever is earlier.
3. Kindly take them on record and acknowledge receipt.
