1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2012.
2. Modification to the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Chennai Network Infrastructure Limited (CNIL), which shall be subject to the comments / approval of Monitoring Institution, CDR Lenders and Shareholders among others. |
