1. Issue of Debt Securities (Unsecured Subordinated Redeemable Non-Convertible Basel III compliant Tier 2 Bonds in the nature of Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each) on private placement basis aggregating up to Rs. 1,000 crores in one or more tranche(s) in the financial year 2016-17, and
2. Proposal for seeking approval to the special resolution from the Shareholders for the above through a postal Ballot. |
