| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cityman Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the special resolution passed under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 on September 30, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2011, have approved the issuance and allotment of 70,00,000 equity shares of the Company on a preferential basis to Mr. Santhosh J. Karimattom, the promoter of the Company.
The equity shares of the Company have been issued at a price of Rs. 10 per equity share, such price being higher than the minimum price computed in accordance with the Securities Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation. 2009. |
