This is to inform you the Company has allotted today 4,88,55,774 (Four Crore Eighty Eight Lakh Fifty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Four) equity shares of `10/- each at par on a preferential basis to Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, DCB Bank Limited, OPC Asset Solutions Private Limited, Rentworks India Private Limited and Tata Capital Financial Services Limited, Non-CDR Lenders of the Company under the DRS Package of the Company .
We wish to further inform you that the Company has also allotted today 2,97,61,872 (Two Crore Ninety Seven Lakh Sixty One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Two) 0.10% Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of face value Rs. 5/- each ('Class B Preference Shares') at par on a preferential basis to Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, DCB Bank Limited, OPC Asset Solutions Private Limited and Rentworks India Private Limited under the DRS Package of the Company.
