1. Mrs. Lalitha Lakshmanan was appointed as additional Director subject to the approval of Members at the 55th Annual General Meeting.
2. The Board accepted the resignation of Mr. T. R. Sivaraman as CFO and appointed Mr. R. Swaminathan as CFO in the place of Mr. T. R. Sivaraman.
3. The Board of Directors has not recommended any Dividend for the year 2015-16. |
