In compliance to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (LODR, 2015) it is to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, 12th February, 2018 to consider inter-alia, the unaudited financial results of NHPC Limited for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017 and declaration of interim dividend for the FY 2017-18.

Further, in case of approval by the Board for the payment of interim dividend, the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of interim dividend shall be Tuesday, the February 20, 2018.
