| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
1. The Board of Directors of the Company have recommended dividend @ 17% i.e. Rs. 1.70 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended on March 31, 2015.
2. Insider Trading Policy formulated by the Company for compliance of Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, as required under Clause 8 & 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), regulations, 2015 was approved and adopted by the Board of Directors. |
