1. Change designation of Mr.Vijay R Kirloskar from Chairman and Managing Director to Executive Chairman of the Company w.e.f. August 12, 2014.
2. Mr. Vinayak Narayan Bapat has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company. He has also been appointed as the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. August 12, 2014.
3. Mr. Anand B Hunnur has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company. He has also been appointed as the Director - Sales of the Company w.e.f. August 12, 2014. |
