Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 14th February, 2018 to inter-alia consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December, 2017.
Further, as per Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed under the said Code from 6th February, 2018 to 16th February, 2018 (both days inclusive).
