1. Reappointment and payment of remuneration of Mr. Yangweon Yoo, Managing Director for a period of three years with effect from September 30, 2014 subject to the approval of shareholders and such other approvals as may be required under Companies Act, 2013.
2. Reappointment and payment of remuneration of Mr. Jung Ho Hong, Whole-Time Director for a period of three years with effect from February 07, 2015 subject to the approval of shareholders and such other approvals as may be required under Companies Act, 2013.
3. Reappointment and payment of remuneration of Mr. Kwang Hyuck Choi, Whole-Time Director for a period of three years with effect from September 30, 2014 subject to the approval of shareholders and such other approvals as may be required under Companies Act, 2013. |
