Further pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992 and the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading ('Code') of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain close for Directors, Officers and Designated Persons, from November 05, 2016 upto Forty Eight (48) Hours after announcement of financial results. |
