| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jyoti Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company for approval and adoption of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2014 will be held on February 14, 2015.
As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2014 for all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from February 04, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges i.e. till February 15, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
